Setting up your Administrator Password

Upon entering the program for the first time, it is advisable to set up your administrator password. This password will be elicited when you try to change any of the settings of the program, and when you try to exit the program to return to the standard desktop. To set the Administrator password, click on here, next to 'To change the program settings..'. Next click on Administrator Password, type in the password of your choice, confirm it, and press OK. Your password will now be set. |

Changing your Administrator Password

It is recommended to periodically change your administrator password. To do this, click on here, next to 'To change the program settings..'. Next click on Administrator Password, type in your current password, followed by your new password, confirm it, and press OK. Your new password will now be set. |

Restoring your Administrator Password
|

If you have forgotten your password to the program, as well as the prompt "question-answer", then you need to click on "Forgot". If the trial version is not activated, then you can input as a the password the word "trial". The forgotten password will then be deleted. If you have already activated the program, and have forgotten the password and prompt, then click on "Forgot", and you will receive a password ID, which you need to send to us with together with the confirmation data, that proves that you are the owner of the program. We will generate a key and send it to you. |
