Setting the Proxy Server for Netscape Navigator 6

Select the Edit menu. Select the Preferences menu item. Click on the small triangle next to the
Advanced category. Select the Proxies sub-category. Select Manual Proxy Configuration.
Set the HTTP Proxy address to localhost (one word, no spaces) and the Port field to 4128.
Click the OK button. Important: Make sure that this is set only for HTTP protocol and do not change settings for HTTPS, FTP, Gopher and Socks protocols. |
